Confirmation & Inspection Division
Confirmation & Inspection Division performs confirmation and inspection on building, as well as housing performance evaluation in accordance with the Building Standard Law and other regulations.
In cases where a building owner intends to construct any buildings and structures, confirmation and inspection procedures are required under the provisions of the Building Standard Law. We carry out building confirmation, interim inspection and final inspection on your building operations.
We also carry out housing performance evaluation for apartmenthouse under the Housing Quality Assurance Act in parallel with confirmation and inspection work.
In addition, we conclude various agreements with the Government Housing Loan Corporation and carry out its inspection such as applying for a loan “FLAT 35”.
Objective Buildings and Structures include;
- Buildings exceed 31 m in height,
- Buildings exceed 2,000 sq m in total floor area (Applied only in the Kinki Region),
- Buildings and structures which are required technical evaluation or judgment,
- Buildings and structures with special structural design or method.
